As reflected in my resume, currently I am working as Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer at Pathfinder International, which is an International Non-profit working on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights.
Previously, I was working as an Assistant Manager, Research Monitoring and Evaluation at Aahung. I have served Aahung for three years, looking after the Research Monitoring and Evaluation Department. I was involved in the organization's monitoring and evaluation work, which ranged from impact evaluations, program evaluations, donor reports, proposal/grant writing, developing/monitoring log frames, and designing monitoring frameworks for implementation of research projects as well as for the organizational strategic plan.
I have also worked as an International Volunteer for a Peace and Reconciliation Centre in Northern Ireland. I have always been involved in different kinds of social work, and it is due to this, I aim to work with National/International Development Organizations.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and am currently pursuing Masters in Public Health from SZABIST. I have worked in a variety of global settings with people from diverse educational and social backgrounds. Through my professional experience, I have gained invaluable technical insights into the intricacies of the design, development, and implementation processes of development work.
I am confident that my drive to excel combined with my eagerness to broaden my knowledge, and my confidence of working with people from different backgrounds within various sectors of Development Sector will make me an ideal candidate at your organization.

· Strategic and Annual Plan Implementation: Implements MEL plan in the project sites. Leads teams to establish quality assurance teams in target facilities
