During my Post Graduation, I joined as a Research Analyst with PITCO on USAID TWEIP (TubeWell Efficiency Improvement Project), after completion of my MBA I was promoted as a Project Coordinator and remained at the same position till the end of USAID funded Program (2015).
Currently, I am working as a Monitoring and Evaluation Manager in PITCO on their varied Projects additionally I have been given some administration tasks too.
• Lead all M&E initiatives for assigned grant(s)/project(s) including monitoring data quality, tracking the progress of activities, and informing staff capacity building initiatives Collection of Data from Customers for Initial review.
• Creating Frameworks and procedures for M&E of Project Activities.
• Coordinating with Engineering team for Project Plans.
• Performing detailed project analysis for strong planning
• Change requests Management during project execution phase.
• Searching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets for Solar Power Purchase Agreement.
• Preparation of Business Letters and Initial Feasibility Reports for new and existing clients.
• Contacting potential clients via email and/or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Setting up site visits for engineering teams.
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
• Develop and Dispatch of Monthly Newsletter to existing and new clients
• Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
• Analysis of quotations, bids etc.
• Recruitment, Team Building, Team Management.
• Supervision of Tubewell, LT capacitor Audit and Data Management Teams.
• Awareness raising campaigns and Outreach activities.
• Preparation of Contracts, RFPs, MOUs, SOPs, SOWs, WBS, CRs & Project proposals.
• Communication Integration with all key Stakeholders.
• Monitoring and Evaluation of Project activities.
• Liaison with USAID, DISCOs, Water board bodies and professionals.
• Data Management – Designing & implementing Project DBA.
• Procurement Management – Audit Equipment.
• Designing, Collecting Data from Stakeholders and Publishing Reports.
• Preparation & analysis of Gantt Charts, Project Schedule, Cost Schedule.
Successfully initiated and closed 2 Pilot projects and 5 Full size projects sponsored by USAID as a part of team and in close coordination with IRG.
