My job was to do the following tasks:
• Meet and greet clients and visitors.
• Compose, type and edit a variety of correspondence, reports and other documents.
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
• Maintain hardcopy and electronic filing system.
• Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, health facility cards, office keys and required office equipment.
• Support staff in assigned project based work.
• Supervise and train all the rock climbing staff to ensure the best guest experience is provided.
