Recruitment: Responsible for the end to end recruitment process starting from developing Job descriptions, designing advertisements, job postings, screening and shortlisting candidates, conducting Interviews, registration formalities and detailed on-boarding of the new hires. Launched the Induction Program of the new hires. Conducting the Induction of new hires on fortnightly basis.
