Working as Team leader from 29 Jan 2005 to date. Main object of this organization are Total Overall Data Base Handling, cadastral maps Lambertization and historical data capture and my responsibilities are as under -
To guide the team and move the team in such a way that the assigned task is accomplished in the given timeframe.
Coach and help develop team members. Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule. Keep the project manager and Project customer informed of task accomplishment, issues and status.
My responsibilities are as under: -
• Responsible for entire Accounting / Document Management and clerical jobs of the company.
• Recording of expenses & Purchases and materials delivery.
• Make profit & Loss report and submit to the Manager.
• Keep and track all company related documents like, Proposals, Purchase orders, and retrieve them in no time, when required by the relevant employees.
• Receipt, issue and inventory control of material.
• Preparation of Monthly Vendor reconciliation.
• Checking vouchers with supporting documents.
• Checking all the tax related documents.
• Correcting the ledger accounts.
• Preparation of General Voucher
• Various types of Executive Reporting on Daily, Weekly, Monthly and annual basis.
• Maintaining Petty Cash Statements, Daily Expense Book etc.
• MRR/GRN entries and posting in Ledger
• Review monthly Financial Assessment of company\'s performance
• Payroll Processing, Attendance Processing, Production Reporting, Daily Quality Reporting, Delivery Challan, Gate Pass, Maintaining different Registers, Voucher Management
