· Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE polices guideline and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met./p
· Provide support for project and Operations team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issue./p
· Insist that safe work practices are observed and ensured that job safety analysis are carried out for identified hazardous tasks.
· Provide support in ISO 45001 implementation and documentation.
· Ensure that the PTW system is implemented as per its design.
· Assist in preparing Emergency Plans based on the risk that potentially impact the business.
· Exercise to verify the effectiveness of such plans.
· Conduct the trainings on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
· Install all the Plant Machinery safely.
· Be knowledgeable and apply the system details in the HSE Plan.
· Report all incidents and near misses to HSE Department and assist in investigation of Incidents / Accidents.
· Coordinator or provide in-house safety training for new hires.
· Investigate accidents to ascertain causes for use in recommending preventive safety measures and developing safety program.
· Participate in Job Safety Analysis, Daily Pre-Job Safety Meetings, and weekly safety meetings.
· Carry out daily informal site safety inspection and weekly formal safety inspection, and initiate action to ensure timely rectification of the issue.
