• Maintain PHF database of Security incidents with details of incidents occurring in Pakistan.
• Maintain Safety office related activities: i.e. Mail handling, meeting and training arrangements and taking notes etc.
• Developing awareness on other components of PHF and extend support as needed.
• Developing understanding on PHF core values and role PHF plays for its member organization.
• Any other administrative tasks assigned.
Internee
• Assist in preparing a comprehensive list of work to do in the years ahead- village wise summary of work done and things to be carried forward.
• Prepare checklist for emergency response-preparedness, response and others.
• Assist in compilation of DART reports and other related documents.
• Compiling training and relief data of 2015-16.
