Oversee the effective implementation of nutrition-related activities in the assigned district, ensuring that they are in line with the project\'s objectives and timelines.
Collaborate with district-level government authorities, LCSs, CSOs, and other relevant stakeholders to foster partnerships and coordination for improved nutrition outcomes.
Provide technical support and capacity-building assistance to LCSs and CSOs in the district, helping them enhance their understanding of nutrition concepts and program management skills.
Develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation plan to track the progress of nutrition initiatives in the district.
Regularly collect and analyze data to assess the impact and effectiveness of interventions.
Plan and execute nutrition awareness campaigns at the district level, targeting communities, schools, and health facilities to promote healthy nutrition practices and behavior change.
Advocate for improved nutrition policies and programs at the district level, working closely with government authorities and relevant stakeholders to create an enabling environment for nutrition interventions.
Identify potential funding opportunities and support LCSs and CSOs in the district in mobilizing resources to sustain nutrition initiatives beyond the project duration.
Ensure effective coordination among project team members, partners, and stakeholders in the district.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the project management team.
Engage with communities to understand their specific nutrition challenges and preferences, incorporating community feedback into project planning and implementation.
Conduct assessments of LCSs and CSOs in the district to identify their strengths and areas for improvement, informing the development of tailored capacity-building plans.
Work with relevant agencies to collect and analyze nutrition-related data in the district, helping identify trends and areas of concern to inform targeted interventions.

Maintain close coordination with the Local Government Department at the district level, to build synergies with their programme and seek their support for programme implementation.
Coordinate the water, sanitation, and hygiene component of the Project and maintains overall responsibility for technical oversight of Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) activities.
Build the capacity of field teams to facilitate mapping of available water resources/courses through a sanitary survey to determine safe water sources, and hazards to drinking water sources and Identify the villages where water schemes (boreholes/ hand pumps) are to be constructed/ rehabilitated.
Identify basic and specific needs and deliver appropriate Wash materials according to Wash Sector strategies.
Water sampling at water points and the household level.

Verify program beneficiaries as per criteria in proposal documents.
Support project staff by providing timely feedback based on monitoring visits to streamline project activities.
Undertake regular visits to the field to meet with project beneficiaries.
Establish and maintain a comprehensive and an updated data base for the project.
Maintain filing system (soft & hard) for project.
Compile and monitor beneficiaries feedback reports.
Supervise complaint referral mechanism for the project period.
Collect and maintain the MoVs (reports, Photographs, video clips) for the project activities.

 Monitoring all given Health Fecilities to ensure their daily activities.
 Conduct SGS (Support Group Session) in community with doctor’s.
 Monitor SHS (School Health Session) in school conduct by Medical Officer & Female Medical Officer to gave the awarness to student about Hygiene Promotion.
 Monitor CHS(community Health Session) in community conduct by M.O and F.M.O to gave the awarness about diseases and gave the advice how we take the action to prevent from them.
 Ensure documentation of all related activities in soft & hard.
 Submit work plans & activity reports.
 Maintain documentation files of the activities with relevant tags.
 Participate in project related meetings/trainings/workshops.
 Develop & submit fortnightly work plans & daily activity report.
 Get every work plan & report signed by the district manager.

 On job training of the staff(UC Supervisors and CHWs) deployed by Shifa Foundation. To monitor and assist the activities of UC Supervisors and CHWs. Reporting and Tehsil level data analysing. Risk assement and inncident reporting. Sthreghthening there referral mechanism and lisaning with all the concerned implementation partners. Monitoring and assessment of supplies and consumptions. Monitoring and assistance to the Mother Support Groups, Father Support Groups and Self Help Groups established in the project. Follw–up of the children, pregnant and lactating women admitted and discharged from the program. Monitoring of all the field activities. To properly record, document and report the program activities. Any other task assigned by the District Project Manager.

Master Trainer (CMAM & IYCF)Under AAP Project, Shifa Foundation District Khairpur Mirs Sindh, conducted range of training events at various locations for LHSs(Lady Health Supervisor), LHWs(Lady Health Worker), CMWs(Community Midwifes), CHWs(Community Health Workers), LHVs(Community Health Visitors), of district Khairpur on Nutrition, CMAM & IYCF. Shifa Foundation District Khairpur is implementing Nutrition Project with Title of Program for Reduction of Stunting and Malnutrition in Sindh through CMAM and IYCF approach with funding of World Bank.Shifa Foundation Khairpur is collaboration with Accelerated Action Plan Health Department Government of Sindh.

 To act as liaison between formal health system and Community health workers(CHWs). 
 To facilitate Social Mobilization Officer/District Nutrition Officer and community health workers for mapping of un-covered area assigned and to facilitate in identification of CHWs. 
 To supervise and provide on the job trainings to CHWs, review and evaluate the performanceo f the CHWs.
 To Implement the community health services package devised in coordination with district government health departments of district and monitor its implementations.
 To conduct regular visits to the CHWs in their communities to assess and assist in their work.
 To assist CHWs for the formation of Mother Support Groups(MSGs)/ Father Support Groups(FSGs) and ensure regular awarness raising sessions.
 Ensure enrollment and follow-up of referral cases at OTP sites/Health Facilities to avoid defaulters/absentces.
 To participate in all kinds of mentor trainings & refreshers as well as community gatherings by the programme. 
 Ensure to meet timelines and given targets against project objective and reporting.
