• Assist HOD for making final reports of monthly PR supply performance that assigned to purchasers.
• Worked and managed Construction projects for the new factory plant.
• Assist in the development of specification of equipment, materials, and services to be purchased.
• Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports, and price list.
• Reconcile or resolve value discrepancies.
• New vendor induction in the organization.
• Having a good affiliation with vendors for minimum lowest prices of products of all technical items.
• To pursue the follow up with the vendors for the timely delivery.
• Process purchase requisitions/orders within purchasing authority.
