My educational background is Masters of Public Health from Australia and M.Phil with the distinction of the first position. In 19 years of my professional career, I have thirteen research publications and implemented various research projects at the national level in a leadership role. In these projects, I have developed Implementation plans, monitoring framework, program strategy, while closely working with the provincial government, civil society, government departments, and private sector. I have engaged various stakeholders including religious scholars for policy reforms. A large number of human- resources have worked under my direct supervision. So far, I have published thirteen research articles in peer-reviewed journals in the public health domain. I am the master trainer on different themes on SRHR and received many awards for my managerial initiatives. I have also trained in analytical skills from Johns Hopkins University, USA.

Develop VCT protocols, curriculum and guidelines. Train the field staff in counseling at VCT centers/clinics. Monitor activities related to VCT/counseling at field sites. Responsibilities: To supervise the technical, administrative, logistic and financial implementation of the project.
