·          Payment Reconciliation: Reconciling financial transactions between Ecommerce platforms, payment processors, and the company\\\'s bank accounts.
·          Financial Reporting: Preparing financial statements and reports customized for the Ecommerce & logistics industry, such as shipping costs analysis, order fulfillment expenses, and customer return rates.
·          Stay up to date with industry trends, accounting standards, and regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for process enhancements and operational efficiencies.
·          Assist in internal and external audits by coordinating and collaborating with external auditors, tax advisors and our internal compliance function.





Inventory Management: Overseeing the recording of inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory valuation.
·         Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end financials, manage audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit.
·         Collate monthly report / paperwork/payments e.g., Income Tax, EOBI, Social Security, Provident Fund, Final Settlements, loans, advances, overtime etc.
Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records of all transactions related to Ecommerce sales, logistics expenses, inventory management, and other financial activities.

Maxim International (Pvt) Limited is engaged with manufacturing of cattle feed and supplements as well as importer of raw material for manufacturing of cattle feed, supplements, minerals and dairy products. Maxim International is also engaged in import of seeds, Artificial Insemination Material and livestock. Core Responsibilities are as follows: ·          
Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered in computerized accounting software (SAP B1).

Maxim International (Pvt) Limited is engaged with manufacturing of cattle feed and supplements as well as importer of raw material for manufacturing of cattle feed, supplements, minerals and dairy products. Maxim International is also engaged in import of seeds, Artificial Insemination Material and livestock. Core Responsibilities are as follows:
·          Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered in               computerized accounting software (SAP B1).
·          Prepare all invoices as per contracts and agreements       with the company\'s customers along with the complete              handling of these A/R invoices till final delivery & their               settlement.
·          Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales team and Prepare a report regarding the Sales vs Collection which shows the carry forward of Month Sales collection to next Month.
·          Preparation of necessary details for filing of Income Tax / Withholding tax / Sales tax returns/statements.
·          Preparing bank reconciliation statements, initiating payment released intimation emails, replying to emails received from vendors.

Worked with Food Consults ( Pvt ) Limited as Accounts Officer from January 2008 to March 2011, which is an International chain of five restaurants working in Lahore, Karachi and United Kingdom under the trade mark Salt N Pepper and also the Golden Lotus Far Eastern Restaurant. Key responsibilities includes the followings:


·          Recording of CPV, JVs and BPV get them signed and filing.
·          Prepare Journal Vouchers against bills received from suppliers of goods/services.
·          Process payroll including calculation & deduction of WHT u/s 149.
·          Prepare data for monthly returns of sales tax and income tax withholding statements.
·          Maintain vendor file and Vendor ledgers reconciliation on Quarterly basis &
·          Prepare bank reconciliations.
·          Recording of Payments to Suppliers from Bank and Cash Both in Oracle Based System.
·          Expenses verification with Supporting’s
·          To assist Finance Manager in Financing & Bank dealing.
