I am working in Al hadi public high school as principal and accountant I arranged teacher staff, monthly meeting with teachers staff, classes arrangement. ,classes time table arrangement, solve students problems, deceplan, fees collocation, admission, meeting with the students parents ,daily lectures to students about hygens and important of education and good behavior, arrangement of support activities for students for different level, etc.

I conduct meeting with the community,intervew of household, data collection, doorarking marking ,door to door visit ,reporting, make Lister, rechecking data of all team members, specify village for next visit

I am working with CERD an MOTHER CHALID DAYS project as a community worker I visit door to door of differents village ,collecting data, corner meeting with community, awrenecess about Huygens, schools Huygens sessions, advice to community institutional delivery, reporting, helping with Patnar with her worker, convey positive message to community

Social mobilizer
· Engage effectively with community members in targeted villages, building consensus, raising awareness and delivering trainings.

· Conduct training of selected community activists on health and hygiene promotion to enable them to conduct onward sessions to target communities.

· Raise WASH profile of target area by implementing CLTS/SLTS PHAST approaches effectively.

· Mobilize the Transformation Facilitators through regular field visits.

· Participate in assessment of beneficiaries, formative research exercises, KPC survey etc.

· Conduct quality health and hygiene sessions in communities to ensure that target population are mobilized and adequately informed regarding health and hygiene issues related to water supply, sanitation and solid waste disposal.

· Support Transformation Facilitators in record keeping, liaison with social welfare, PHED and other line departments..

· Participate in the development of Inclusive WASH development plans in collaboration with the community as needed.

· Coordinate with technical staff responsible for construction of water & sanitation infrastructure in the target areas

· Collect and prepare case studies and success stories during the project life.

· Organize WASH related events effectively and efficiently.

· Participate in the development of BCC/IEC material on WASH with Senior WASH Officer.

· Provide accurate and timely reporting of field activities to Senior WASH Officer.

· Identify and organize appropriate capacity building, and technical resources to support project implementation.

· Coordinate project planning and implementation with monitoring officers, technical support and community leaders

· Write regular weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports.

· Engage in regular and continuous follow up interviews with the beneficiaries.
