I have expertise on working on SAP MM module.
Lead stock count activity , reconcile the stock and pass adjustment after looping audit department thorough email and required documents.

• To look after receiving of material from supplier and making its Grn by checking approve supplier list and PO quantity.
• To control all the activities of the department by making efficient utilization of the workers.
• To look after issuance of the material to the production by making Batch Card according to the Fifo sequence of the material Grn.
• To plan of retrieving of the material from Inbound godown to the factory on time so that flow of working do not effected.
• To make sure SOP’s compliance working environment in the department.
• To make sure HSE recommended environment in the department so that efficiency of working can be obtained without any unwant event.
• To make brief CAPA report in case of any mistake occur during the routine working.
• To entertain OCF in case of any rejection caught by the production concern on the line of production and take neccesary action recommended by QA department.
• To conduct the activity of material count periodically and reconcile the report and submitt the report to the superiors.
• To make write off report of the material rejected by QA.
