I am responsible to contribute towards production of knowledge/communication material of the organization and its dissemination in and communication to the organization\'s staff and its stakeholders. Following are my major responsibilities;
Assist in the development of systems and tools to better disseminate the knowledge produced by the organization and external institutions.
With technical support from IT section, facilitate the design and development of ICT tools for knowledge management and its wider dissemination.
Collection of reports and data for newspapers and publications and coordinate in work related to designing and printing.
Formatting and review of websites, reports, proposals and other related documents of the organization.
Assist in preparation of communication plans, communication material (documentaries, booklets, brushers, pamphlets, newsletters, banners, posters, radio and cables messages, folders etc.), arrangement of events and engagement of media.
Documentation and sharing/dissemination of information, best practices and publicity material including online resources with the organization\'s staff and related stakeholders.

Responsible for the overall management, implementation and monitoring of ECC/UBR Project funded by Plan International Pakistan, it is a 3 years project aims to develop the computerized data base and ensure the registration of every birth and all the children below 18 years. The project will be implemented in 7 districts of Gilgit Baltistan. Since I have recently joined the project and some of my achievements are;

Produced activity and action plans for the ECC/UBR project.
Designed M&E System and monitoring mechanism for the project
Developed communication and social mobilization strategy for the project
Recruited the project staff and allocated financial and physical resources for the project
Consultation with stakeholders and partners
Developed Plans and produced reports of Project on periodic basis
Developed Communication material for the promotion of birth registration in GB

Produced Annual Report and Plan of CIDA funded Enhancing Employability and Leadership for Youth (EELY) project.
