• Initially District Program Officer (DPO) is responsible to arrange a District Vulnerability Mapping (DVM) meeting in supervision of Deputy Commissioner to identify the most vulnerable community around District.
• DPO will do regular Visits to Desired Village on Weekly Basis
• In case of any Disaster, DPO will be responsible to provide all necessary data to PHQ for further assessment and emergency response.
• DPO will have to conduct different community awareness sessions and trainings in selected village
• DPO is responsible to identify the basic tribulations of community by conducting dissimilar sessions which help to identify the foremost vulnerabilities
• Conduction of Integrates vulnerability capacity assessment (IVCA) is responsibility of DPO
• Monthly plan sharing and sharing of reports of both phase including DVM & MRE is needed
• Any other task given by your Project Manager or by PHQ.
o Ensure implementation of brainstorming sessions before start of field.
• Close coordination with field staff, divisional coordinators, financial /logistic assistant etc.
• Ensure field kits for enumerators
• Make sure availability of contact numbers

• Have to take At least three clusters from different Union Councils
• To supervise and monitor at least three Union Councils till the end of campaign
• supervision of UCMOs and area incharges during polio campaign
• To check and observe Fix Sites, Transit points, BHU and RHCs during NID either functional or not.
• Team monitoring during field work
• To fill the required check lists during monitoring of teams
• Timely submission of filled checklist to PC after completion of NID
o Support the Associate Director Thematic Program in overall management process
o Coordinate overall activities of women Leadership Program with Stake Holders
o Ensure the Participation of detailed quarterly operation plan from senior fellows and timely submit it to Associate Director and Program Director and Program office
o To ensure the modification of the quarterly and annual progress reports and submit to the Associate director thematic program and program Director Framework/lens
o Ensure submission of Quarterly , Annual and Evaluation Report of Women Leadership Program( NED) to Project manager/Program Director for further review
o Fifteen Days and monthly follow up of the implementation tasks of women leadership program
o Ensure his/her timely participation in monthly and Quarterly review meetings
o Monitor the work of other staff members in implementing program activities
o Pay need based visits to field sites (Targeted Districts) during program implementation period
o Ensure the Financial management of the Program
o Analyze and evaluate program to ensure achievement of program objectives
o Assist in design of performance objectives and implement and monitor programming to meet desired outcomes
o The program officer will be responsible to bring in quality dimensions in various projects through close field monitoring, recording case studies and visual contents.
o Work closely with various inters- departmental functions for program management to ensure timely coordination and compliance around various stages in the Program Cycle Management.
o Ensure good relations among government bodies and other policy influencing organizations.
o Work with Associate Director and Program Directors on project planning, designing, management/budgeting, data analyzed and communicate results.
o To review progress reports and ensure quality as per the donor guidelines

• To lead and manage the program of IUCD community college (IDSP)Sibi
• To lead and manage the Human Resource of IUCD i.e. CLS Team and CO members
• To lead and ensure the capacity building of CLS instructors around TCP. Curriculum
• To lead, design, refine and deliver the course at District Level in Lined with IUCD mission, philosophy and them.
• To design course orientation packages for learners and give orientation for engaging the learner
• To ensure the quality of the course by using different tools and techniques as applied in IUCD course
• To understand the philosophy, mission, approach of IUCD and ensure that community college function according to philosophy, mission, approach of IUCD
• To follow the values, ethics, principles and concept of IUCD
• To identify potential and likeminded resource person from the community, line Department, organizations, learning institutes etc, to help in the designing of courses, theme delivery, seminars and other related activities
• To ensure participation in trainings, meetings, reviews and workshops organized by IUCD
• To ensure Timely Distribution of certificates to the learner , after each course assessment
• To report the overall district activities to IUCD
• To organize the reviews of the instructors on regular basis
• To design courses orientation packages for learners
• To deliver the developed course of knowledge in the district centre
• To ensure the timely delivery of course through lecture and demonstration, as per the design course time frame
• To promote healthy learning activities and Environment in the class room
• To identify a potential resource person for the community ,line department or Organization as per the course need
• To keep record of all session reports, reflection and learning papers, in learners profile.

• To deliver the developed course of IT in the District Centre
• To develop learning environment in the classroom
• To develop mechanism of courses announcement for the district IT Component
• To develop and maintain database of learners and will be responsible for registration of learners
• To maintain the record of IT component
• To ensure lab assets maintenance, safely and properly utilization
• To participate in campus meetings and capacity building sessions including reviews at Quetta
• To support campus team in trouble shooting of IT related issues in the campus
• To ensure timely distribution of certificates to the learners , after each course assessment
• To ensure the office Decorum under the line of field office SOPs.
• To submit monthly progress reports to immediate supervisor (District Coordinator)
