I have twelve years work experience in the field of development sector which includes five years work of administration/project management experience as District Program Manager at two stations of KP, managed poverty alleviation projects, education projects and livelihood projects of Sarhad Rural Support Program. I served in the field of rural development through community participation. I have hands on experience of community organizations and conflict resolution,livelihood, relief, humanitarian assistance, monitoring and evaluation, linkages development and training arrangements.Well versed in social mobilization, participatory development and gender mainstreaming.I have strong communication,interpersonal and administrative skills.
To assist in collecting, compiling and organizing the flow of information coming from the field;
To attend external meetings , and participate in internal meetings and ensure the flow of information, writing meeting minutes and share feedback;
To coordinate with with the field team, support the maintenance of programs MIS;
To update program information and support in developing relevant project documentation, including monthly/quarterly reports, monitoring tools, case studies, success stories, etc.
To assist planning and coordination with teams, including organization and support of Humanitarian Program Meetings, information dissemination;
To collect, compile and disseminate program work plans.
To update MIS on monthly basis.
To perform any other tasks assigned by the Director.
Supervision & management of team.
