HUMQADAM School Construction and Rehabilitation Program (SCRP).
School construction and rehabilitation program is to build, rehabilitate and facilitate thousands of classrooms in two provinces of Pakistan, Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
To Visit all Districts of Punjab construction sites with/without QAE to ensure quality of work by following QA/QC SOPs.
To create detailed and well-structured QA field visit report for the review of Chief Engineer/Quality Assurance Engineer.
To Update Quality Assurance log, QA Inspection log, MIS(Management Information System) log and Documentation Check list log etc.
To give effective feedback on MIS inspections conducted by field team for improvement.
Conducted market survey for collecting rates for BOQ items for rate analysis.
Monitored and reported quality at all stages of construction and identified deficiencies and proposed remedial measures to comply with quality standards.
To provide guidance to district team to improve quality of work and conducted training in all districts of Punjab.
Performed Special tasks assigned by Chief Engineer to prepare new BOQs and Rehab BOQs in KPK.
Involved in pre-final and final inspection visit before handing over the project.
Archiving all data like photographs, project documents, QA/QC reports BOQs and invoices on project share drive.
Verified invoices in a district where cost increased from the actual cost of project.
