Working in a Enrich HR Operational environment with full responsibility of controlling and executing routine and specific HR functions,coordination with compliance management to coup up future better smoothing and updating the working related to HR Functions and its core components.
• Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line Seniors managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
• Handling payroll and its functions ( Compiling Summaries of Payroll, Leave encashment, final settlement. EOBI, ESSI, Compensatory related, Provident Fund, Bonus, WPPF, etc) HRIS (Oracle Based)& Bio-metric Attendance Machines ( More than 1000 + employees)
•Liaison with bank , Supervise & Manage systems that process payroll account transactions to send Banks for payments e.g. salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes and third party payments)
•To Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. Minimum Wages, new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades /Analysis
•Building , material, Premises , overall property repair maintenance , care overhauling etc
•To liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits also manage payroll records.
• Recruiting staff: this includes developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms,
shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates,Orientation.
• Developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
• EFU Life Group Insurance and EFU Health assurance Related Issues/tasks, Handling EOBI Pensions case and ESSI cases related dealings with Govt officials, Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
• Strong Knowledge of compliance administration.(Gardening Janitorial, CCTV, Security ,Transport , Administrative etc) .
• Policy Administration by updating exist
•To assist in hiring procedure and assessment methods e.g. designing job advertisements, developing competency criteria and effective selection process in coordination with different departments.human resources policies and procedures
Budgeting and Cost Analysis , Management Review Meeting annual/bi-annual, Project Management Committee Presentation
Handle and update the employee records. Create the projects that built harmony among the employees and make the strong relationship between employee and employer also make/arrange team building through task oriented activities by motivating them monetary/non-monetary rewards.
