I am heading the Accounts and Finance Department. My major responsibilities include preparation of financial statements, preparation of budgets, handling investments portfolio, payroll, payable & receivables, coordinating with banks, coordination with donors, handling foreign exchange and monitoring the Accounting Software like Peachtree, Quick Books and a custom built oracle based fee software
I headed the Accounts and Finance Department. Major responsibilities included preparation of financial statements and project reports, handling day to day receipts and payments, coordinating with banks, suppliers, customers and human resource. I also headed the SAP Business One implementation team and coordinated the activities of implementation of SAP at both Head Office and Branch Office.
I was engaged in the planning phase of the various assignments, which include assessment of client’s business, selection of audit teams, coordination between audit teams, preparation of audit methodology and discussion with client. I have vast experience of review, evaluation, designing and documentation of policies, procedures and accounting & internal control systems.
