I worked as Front desk supervisor. I managed team of 25 people. I also have check and balance on all front desks and check their billing system. I managed OPD, Emergency, IPD, Diagnostic all counters.
I managed consultants room occupancy in morning and evening shifts. I also managed the maintenance and checklist of IPD patient rooms.
I keep records of all patients bills and their summaries. It will be grateful for me to serve other hospital with my knowledge.
