Copmany profileStancos is a part of NabiQasim group of industries also GMP, QMS, ISO 9001 Certified company which is a manufacturing industry producing Home care products, Dairy & Health products and cosmetics products.Stancos is a toll manufacturing company for L’OREAL Pakistan, Herbal Science, shield SANOFI Aventis, HILAL Care, HIMANI, ZILL & BRAND SMITH for cosmetics products.Stancos is a high technology plant with facilities of about 0.1 Million production units per day with high speed processing equipment and automated filling & packing lines also it has its 3 warehouse with more than 7000 pallets capacity.Key Responsibilities:Working as a senior executive officer supply chain owing the responsibility to plan the availability of material against monthly production plan given by management for smooth and timely production operations, also to optimize the sock level at warehouse and handling material as per GMP standard and SOPs defined by company. Job Description:1) As a responsible persson from Stancos to L’Oréal manage all L’Oréal supply chain operations related to Stancos, including receiving, testing, planning, issuance, supplier contact, audits, stock counts and visit preparations. 2) Assisting manager supply chain for overall supply chain operations.3) Ensure maximum and proper utilization of warehouse space by optimizing the stock level.4) Conducting short meeting with production department on daily basis to make issuance plan of material and prepare my team accordingly.5) Make sure availability of all material in accordance to production plan to avoid any stop in production and filling line.6) Plan the availability of material based on monthly plan and optimize the stock level.7) Coordinate with suppliers and transporter to arrange material from local market.8)Coordinate with Finance Department to arrange payments for suppliers.
