Rozan works on the issues of gender equality, police reforms, women empowerment, violence against women, children and youth, and emotional health. At Rozan, I am managing multiple initiatives under the Police Reforms Advocacy and Training Program across Pakistan.
My key responsibilities are to:

2. To design and carry out training and seminars with the staff of police stations and police
training institutes, prosecutors, lawyers, and communities on the issues of violence on women, children, youth, and transgender

4. To strengthen and run a civil society network coalition titled: ‘Pakistan Forum for
Democratic Policing’ for eliminating violence against women, transgender and other vulnerable groups through police reforms
5. To ensure that the program initiatives address the issues of Gender based Violence (GBV) 6. To network with concerned stakeholders including the civil society, police, prosecutors, legislators, media, academia, and donors to achieve Rozan’s goals of a violence free and gender-just society
