Responsible for companywide R&D work for development of new products and improving the efficiency of production processes. As Inspector (Analytical Chemist) first and then as Acting Team Leader, I was responsible for inspection of scheduled chemicals sites internationally of member states as per international treaty, CWC and submit inspection reports to the state parties and OPCW, UN. Had to maintain technical competency as Inspector, analytical chemist by passing training and skills courses of OPCW periodically.
