I’m an experienced consultant, lead, and team player with strong work ethics, sharp-focus, and a positive attitude. I consider myself to be a quick learner and an energetic communicator.

In past, I have coordinated with cross-functional internal teams and third-parties to fuel a collaborative and productive working environment. It was to yield an improved version of incremental product design in phases. It also invoked in ensuring 3GPP specifications compliance to add and implement more features into existing product.

Additionally, I have designed, optimized, maintained, and upgraded RF networks and have generated new business leads to support pre-sales directors. I have delivered under-pressure, acquired technical skills while providing diligent support to teams including testers, developers, researchers, designers, and project stakeholders. Besides being a part of SDLC, I have successfully delivered projects of RF and access network optimisation and services.

I have also managed several high-visibility projects through various phases and life cycles, negotiated terms of agreements and improved quality of deliverables. These projects had multi-million $s at stake and included live optimisation and monitoring of venues such as stadiums and events.

Communicating in a multi-faceted network teams and individual experts outside of our domain helped me develop as an end-to-end services consultant and a team lead. And through effective leadership, collaboration, perseverance, and dedication, I managed to always exceeded stake holder’s expectations and improved quality of deliverables. I have contributed towards team-building, mentoring new hires, process automation and stream-lining.

Altogether, my experience of working with Tier-I operators and vendors as an RF and RAN expert gives me the ability to confidently say that I can be an asset to any telecommunications company as I believe in innovation, honesty, trust and respect.
