An ambitious BBS/BSc Graduated, Majoring in Marketing at Hazara University. Operation and Marketing:
Ø Keep data/information confidential which is liable to be confidential (like personal information of applicants and organizational secrets.)
Ø Implement HQ NADRA’s Policies & SOPs
Ø Coach/train the staff on SOPs/Business Rules
Ø Ensure and countercheck that documents are seen in original
Ø Execute operational aspects of projects undertaken by NADRA engaging the staff therein.
Ø Provide reports on daily or periodic as per requirement
Ø Data flow control and keep vigilant eye on applicants and staff to prevent illegal processing
Ø Ensure answering of all telephonic calls
Ø Ensure timely reply to all official emails and letters
Ø Compliance of instructions issued time to time from HQ
Administrative and Financial:
Ø Ensure public administration
Ø Opening/closure of DAU in time. Ensure adherence to office timings & decorum by staff
Ø Keep close check on attendance and punctuality of DAU’s staff. Ensure all systems are up before public timing
Ø Manage record. Maintain essential register
Ø Ensure safety/security of DAU by taking all possible measures and safe custody of keys
Ø Maintain equipment, generator, furniture and fixtures
Ø Carry out liaison with local authorities to maintain good rapport
Ø Manage petty cash for routine necessities. Fuel management/Fleer cards
Ø Maintain salary claim of all staff
Ø Ensure proper working of devices, camera, computers, printers, networks and scanner etc.
Ø Update all required software/patches/running of scripts etc.
Ø Network connectivity
Ø Ensure that no system remains unattended during processing timing
Ø Be responsible for implementing/ensuring customer care at DAU
Ø Make the open access of applicants to him/her regarding complaints/issues/guidance
Ø Communicate with applicants in polite and respectful manner
Ø Report misbehavior of staff member to higher-ups for disciplinary action.
Data acquisition tasks including Data Entry, Token issuance, Photo/Thumb/Signature Capturing, Scanning Forms/Documents, Card receiving/delivery, Information provision to applicant and any other duty assigned by center incharge.
