Job Description:
ï‚· Reporting of daily QC Ok vehicles to marketing
ï‚· Generate the report of daily hold vehicles and inform it to the concern department
ï‚· All the documentation related to ISO, IATF and other compliances ï‚· Look after the activities of Man, material and method in Final confirmation ( FC) line
ï‚· Give feedback of problems facing in FC line to the concern department
ï‚· Maintain and control DPU
ï‚· Root cause of customer complain and ensure to diagnose it Accomplish Tasks:
ï‚· To make and implement all the compliance documents (FMEA, GRR, SIPOC, Control Plan etc.) related IATF 14649 & ISO 9001
ï‚· Make a Torque audit report of all the models of FUSO and FOTON trucks
ï‚· Make a WIS of all the stations (Body, paint, RC,VPI and FC)
ï‚· Cp/Cpk analysis report of torque audit
Changan Project Completion:
ï‚· Coordinate with civil & Maintenance department to fulfill all the QA area requirement
ï‚· Convert all the Chinese standards of Changan Van and Pickup
ï‚· To make checklist of Changan Van and Pickup
ï‚· Testing line equipment installation with Techno Team and Chinese Engineer
ï‚· Design and Implement defect monitoring dash boards of all the areas of QA (Body Shop, Paint Shop & Assembly shop)
ï‚·Coordinate with Chinese engineer if any unresolved problems found in the product during testing and inspection
