• Making Process order (Pasteurizing, UHT and finished goods) of all products.
• Creating Production version for new product or SKU.
• Maintaining stock in SAP to physical stock.
• Maintaining the Record of Whole Process documents files, all data.
• Making CKMLQS report for HOD to checking the material consumption in Sap.
• Making Stock declaration report from SAP.
• Cycle count and balancing of material on month end closing in SAP.
• Creating Work Order in SAP.
• Also working in Quality assurance work on SAP, QA32, For Releasing the lots of Products.
• ZQM024- Weekly Average of Raw Milk Reports.
• To ensure day to day dispatches from different Area of Raw milk & verifying the Volume of tankers.
• Document / record maintenance with document matrix.
• Cross Checking of Raw Materials Which Issued for Production.
• Check Issuance & Consumptions of Materials.
• Monthly Reconciliation Reports of Raw Milk, Raw Materials, Milk Production, Powders,
• Maintain Record for annual Audits of Management & Foreign Auditors.
• Monitoring PLMS (Packaging Line Monitoring System) on daily basis and generating all Efficiency and wastage report.
• · Reviewing machine performance on daily basis and carrying out DOR (Daily Operation Review) meeting along with Operations and Maintenance Teams for system improvement.
• · Responsible for TPMS (Tetrapak Maintenance System) parts listing and forwarding for further approval. Eventually supporting in parts arrangement timely to avoid any delay Maintenance Services of machines.
Record keeping of all Maintenance Services of machines.
Making whole record in soft & Hard sheets for managment.
