Updating internal databases with new hire information.
Publish and remove job ads.
Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
Monitoring staff performance and attendance
Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with
staff and representatives.
Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills, and
education.
Preparation of monthly salaries of the staff.
Responsible to prepare all necessary letters, documents, certificates.
Handling overall HR activities which includes personnel file management,
payroll administration, their attendance/ leaves ,appraisals, grievance
handling, employees insurance resignation /terminations and other records
management
Personal loan department
Evaluates loan applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness.
Rejects loans by explaining defici encies to applicants.
Approves loans by issuing checks or forwarding applications to loan committee.
Completes loan contracts by explaining provisions to applicant obtaining
signature and notarization\'s collecting fees.
Helps customers by answering questions; responding to requests.
Maintains customer confidence by keeping loan information confidential.
