I am currently working as Project Manager in SHASCO TEL, Riyadh KSA, Here I am dealing multiple projects but the Major Customer which I deal with, Are Saudi Telecom Company and HUAWEI, We have total of around 60 Million Projects with them. Except this I have other Customers which help me to keep busy my Resources in routine.
Our Projects theme is to do the Technical Buildings Rehabilitation which Include the AC/DC Up Gradation, Expansion of AC DC Power, Design Back Up Design for Telecom Equipment, Civil Works including Cable Lay outs etc.
Basically I am Software Engineer and having good hands on that as well, Which help me to process the Procedures in best way. I can understand the Procedure of Most of the departments in Each Organization.
My Objective is to Work in the Organization where I can grow my Skills and Implement the Experience which I gain until now in Past 7 Years.
Organization should be group of Well educated Team and having environment which can have Plan and Procedure to groom Employees Experience Wise and Financially as well.
