• Working with title of the project manager on energy projects from the beginning stage till the commissioning.
• Data analysis - filtering, sorting, and analyzing data on MS Excel
• Projects layouts and conceptual design for the different projects.
• Detailed study of scope of work, Specification, Plant technology and (Tender documents) etc.
• Working on the Pre-feasibility and feasibility studies of Thermal (coal, oil & gas) and Renewable (solar, biomass & hydropower) power projects.
• Proposing investment and business development opportunities in the energy market to the potential clients.
• Providing research and analytical based consultation on the current and future energy scenario.
• Project research and data gathering with technical and statistical data analysis.
• Preparation of EPCC tender documents and draft contract agreement as per PEC standard format.
• Studying tariff and generation license petitions and the submission to the concerned govt. authority i-e NEPRA.
• Project coordination and communication with the clients, contractors and other stakeholders.

Being an AM, following were the key responsibilities:

Project Engineer
Upon completion of Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering since 2016, I offered a job as Project Engineer at Élan Partners (Pvt.) Ltd., Islamabad. Elan is an International energy management consulting firm which ranks as amongst Pakistan’s largest. This is where I learned how to apply the principles and lessons of mechanical engineering in energy industry. I read extensively and trying to keep myself informed about thermal and fluid sciences. While the highly diverse nature of assignments has helped me to gain a broad exposure to Pakistan\'s energy industry.
