Started working on the performance issues being faced by users since years by optimizing the database queries, applying best coding guidelines and practices, by ensuring the optimistic third parties APIs calls. Then started looking into the possible loopholes regarding web-hooks processing. Actively, started looking into the Down-time issues for couple of products by intelligently usage of database connections. Started working on the architectural changes to make sure the smooth processing of the application. Now actively involved in developing and delivering the highest priority change requests as well as automating the manual processes one by one.

Started working on EHR from analysing the requirements, designing the DB accordingly, working on backend using N-Tier architecture and then frontend working using angular. My job also includes the mentoring the team members and polishing their abilities using their strict code reviews before code is checked-in to Source Control, to undergo flexible design to cope up the future meaningful use 3 (MU3) healthcare certifications, analysed Gold Standard Database (GSDD) and then design system for e-Prescription (e-Rx) for Sure-Script certification and collaboration with QA to get tested reliable system. Additionally, my roles involve occasionally deployments for releases. 

I started working on enterprise level WPF application with WEB API using Dapper, Dependency Injection, IOC container, StructureMap, XAML, MVVM and SQL as backend. My responsibilities include live issue fixing, coordination with support person, project management with OnSite Product Owner, task management and writing/optimizing the long running SQL queries to reduce the execution time.

Started working on PMS spanning from patient management to Medical Billing flows, afterwards a challenging work included to develop EMR from scratch, as MU2 certified EMR. During this opportunity to work with MDVision, my responsibilities include project management, planning weekly/daily tasks managing team members, leading from front, effective communication with business analysts to get working flows, and collaboration with QA to get tested reliable system either PMS or EMR. Designing and implementing application from Backend as well as Front End.
