1. Maintenance And It Support For School Labs-100%
·         Maintain inventory labs record files and utilize available resources effectively periodic reporting to it secretariat
·         Ensure all systems and equipment are running on a daily basis in the labs. Ensuring systems are properly shut down at day closing.
·         Take precautions to ensure there is no power failure during the process.
·         Identify the problem through the information collected or visit on site.
·         Ensure backup and storage of data before any major changes made to hardware and software.
·         Ensure optimal utilization of smart boards ,relevant maintenance and ensure it is not misused.
·         Resolve the problem through replacement amendments of hardware ,and updating of software.
·         Maintain network wiring and maps, ducting wherever required .ensuring no cables are open.
·         Monitor student activities during classroom sessions and provide support in liaison with computer teacher.
·         Scan all the computers in lab computer lab with virus scanner software weekly or when ever needed to ensure the computer lab security from malwares.
·         Routine installation and troubleshooting of software required for the ict–program/smooth operation of the computer lab.
·         Complete lab maintenance :cleanliness and updations.
·         Maintain daily checklist .
·         Provide helpdesk services in liaison with hitec secretariat.
