My basic job description includesMaintaining check book,ATM card, capture card, and also maintaining filing.Handling of paymemts/receipts/sorting of local and foreign currency.Posting of enteries for opening cash balances and all receipts and payments.Handling of all utility bills as per SOPs.Oversight of locker operations and posting of visit details of customers.Preparing Cash Management reports as per SBP guidelines.Performing and managing ATM operations and reconcilations.Assisting Branch Operation Manager in achieving daily tasks.

Major RoleHandling and executing all financial/non-financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedure whileMaintaining high service standards.Maintain all cash related MIS / Cash Transactions Reporting on a timely basis as per defined policies, for facilitatingReporting to the regulatory bodies (SBP) and senior management..Maintain cash in hand and Vault in accordance with State Banks policy and assigned cash-in-safe limits, to avoid regulatory penalties/payment of excess premium and to attain satisfactory audit ratings.Ensure cash balancing are reconciled with cash on hand GL in all currencies to mitigate cash differences.
