Having 01 year experience as Quality Control Officer and more than 06 years experience in food processing and packaging as Shift In-Charge in different dairy and food manufacturing industries in Pakistan and U.A.E. Key skills include HACCP , ISO 22000 , Food Safety , ERP(Quick Books) , Internal/External Liaison , Planning , Supervision and Team Management.
Having U.A.E driving license and NEBOSH Certification.
Consultation with production manager regarding production planning, sales forecast etc.
Implementation of HACCP & ISO standards.
Coordinating with electrical , maintenance and dispatch staff for concerned issues.
To follow and train subordinates and co-workers regarding GMPs.
Managing the entire team to make the production process smooth and efficient by decreasing the down time.
Management of plant inventory by using the Inventory Management System Online “QuickBooks”.
Preparing all the documents regarding production like delivery notes , receipt notes, batch cards etc.
Preparing and maintaining HACCP documents on regular basis.
Making the production plans according to product orders and fulfilling those plans in the given time scale.
Operations and troubleshooting of the utilities and packaging machines.
Implementation of SOPs according to HACCP and ISO standards.
Ability to operate all packaging and utility machines e.g. Domino, Solpac , Autoclave , Compressor , Boiler and Cooling Tower etc.
To organize manpower for each section of production department for smooth working.
Coordinating with engineering department regarding maintenance jobs to be performed in different sections of production department.
Monitoring the reception area staff regarding milk reception, de-creaming, pasteurization and batch standardization.
Necessary actions to be taken in case of any abnormality in Quality parameters of raw milk during reception.
To make sure the usage of all materials related to production having quality standards given by Quality Assurance Department.
Implementation of HACCP and ISO standards.
To follow and train subordinates and co-workers about GMPs.
Ensuring that all sections of production department are working according to SOP’s.
Responsible to supervise and manage the entire work related to the quality assurance to keep good working relationship within and with other departments.
To arrange the inspection & testing of incoming milk, packaging materials and chemicals.
Ensuring the proper testing of water and in-process milk, cream, flavored milk, cheese, milk powder & juices.
Ensuring proper checking of incubate samples and inspection of non-conform stock to minimize risk of complaint from customer’s end.
To point out and take corrective measures for the non-conformities during line packaging, in-process production and in Finished Goods Store regarding quality of products.
Down-stream and up-stream visits to verify quality issues.
Keep an eye on Hygiene conditions of the Lab Equipments and Lab Staff in order to maintain the Quality Standards.
Complete Documentation of Raw Milk Receiving, Product Complaints, Product Analysis and Trial Batches etc.
