The history of my professional experience can be summarized as follows:

Maintain as well as manage the Child Protection Units online database, in 12 districts of KPK including: Bannu, Kohat, Peshawar, Charsadda, Mardan, Swabi, Buner, Swat, Abbottabad, Battagram, Lower Dir, and Chitral, of more than 24 Thousand vulnerable children and ensure smooth online Psycho-social counseling, referral services and social support distribution in the hosting districts.
• Maintain & manage on-line dedicated server as well as online relief reports (real time) to provide a fast access monthly distribution report to concern stakeholders involved in NFI distribution in the hosting districts of KPK.
• Take the back up regularly and ensure the smooth uploading/downloading of registration data in relief database after removing anomalies from data.
• Update forms and databases according to different planning stages.
• Serve as backstopping for technical support on web to different units.
• Coordinate as well as resolve the issue/queries of 12 online users working in online connected 12 district units in KPK.
• Support the CPWC in preparation of monthly CP fact sheet by sharing monthly distribution data along with technical support.
• Perform in preparation of contingency plan.
• Prepare maps for different activities, quarterly, monthly, weekly updates & need based mapping.
• Prepare reports through analysis/cross matching of data of different Child Protection Units (CPUs) involved in CP and referral activities/services to avoid overlapping among different CPUs.
• Develop the CP reporting modules and Mode of Contact and Case Status and CP Committees established at UC and Village level.
• Develop/update the database/entry module for Case Management System, CP Committees Profile, Training Module, and Monitoring Visits Management System.
• Build up the capacity of all CPUs staff on Case Management reporting tools as well on CPUs online system.
• Do analysis on all the data for the purpose to remove discrepancies inside data i.e. duplication etc. as well as update the database by coding checks to avoid such anomalies in future.
• Coordinate with M&E unit for different assessment.
• Maintain/establish a very close liaison with partner organizations for information sharing including technical support in data analysis/profiling.
