• Shadowing the whole process of opening accounts, bank assurance, cheque clearing and transfers.
• Dealing with customers; providing quality service.
• Filling out bank account opening forms, credit card forms, deposit slips for the customers.
• Approaching customers to explain all different products available along with their advantages and disadvantages.

∞ Responsible for bookkeeping and preparing period end journals for companies.
∞ Preparing bank reconciliations.
∞ Performing the analysis of financial statements for the purpose of reviewing and planning.
∞ Registering new companies, filing annual accounts and annual returns in the Companies House.
∞ Ensuring timely submission of tax returns for companies, partnerships and owner managed businesses.
∞ Client engagement; acting as a first point of contact for clients.
∞ Assisting in formulating and implementing an in-house performance appraisal documentation.
∞ Preparing detailed monthly expenses reports for the purpose of Cash flow activities.
Registering employers with HMRC for PAYE and administration of payroll from timesheets and processing all employee (including P11D employees) tax calculations.
