Looking after the army business and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled which includes but not limited to renewal and encashment of contracts value.

To operate & handle all supply related issues in order to effectively manage contractual obligations.

To ensure timely payments/quick recovery of funds.

To prepare all contract price and send price quotations to DGP-ARMY /DP-AIR /PNS.

To ensure timely submission of bills and follow up for payment.

To ensure timely renewal/enhancement of contracts’ value.

To keep follow up with logistics team for timely supplies.

To keep liaison with Army depots and PAF bases regarding product demand and timely execution.

New customer induction, visiting customer facilities for physical verification of customer storage facility.

Visiting on monthly basis for market update /customer relationship & for enhanced sales plan.

Ensuring availability of products from ARL/POL/Parco/NRL under coordination with Sourcing Dept

Apprising to management regarding any activity not present in scope(i.e competitor sales plan /price)
