My primary responsibilities as Assistant Manager Quantity Surveyor & Billing’ (AMQSB) is checking and preparation of Engineer’s Estimates / Bill of Quantities (BOQs) of Capital works besides the cost estimates for Operation and Maintenance (O&M) including rates analyses, checking / scrutiny of Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) / Final bills and other cost related issues i.e. variation orders, if any, in the light of relevant clauses of Contract Agreements (FIDIC, PEC, PPRA, POMI, CESMM4)
