Key Responsibilities and Duties
Coordination between the team, airline operators, and passengers.
Responsible for managing itineraries, preparing travel plans, arrangements of vehicles, booking of hotels/Guest house including preparation and finalization of logistics for each travel.
Have good knowledge of clerical operations and procedures.
Assist my CEO to manage, schedule and organize meetings, provides operational and administration assistance including Coordination, Documentation, Training new staff, Communication within office and outside, Logistic services and Maintain data
During meetings and workshops also note minutes and prepare result note as the outcome of meetings.
Handling calls and all the data of clients, maintain confidential records, develop filing system and manage official email account of office.
Supervise front end staff who maintain office work flow and maintain all office equipment
Compile data i.e. contracts invoices, purchase orders, clients accounts and profiles and enters information into computer.
User friendly in computer operations, Microsoft office suite, accounts, database and research.
Proficient in data entry, scanner and other electronic equipment.
Driving ideas to grow business is also my responsibility
Work constantly for result driven campaigns and offers to get desired response and give creative solutions to problems.
Contact other companies and also suggest better ways to enhance business.

Good knowledge of check payments, cashiering and vouchering, used to maintain cash lists, prepare record of transactions, receive and deliver cash, cheque, credit cards and vouchers.
Operate software named Acceder for all the documentation and record.
Efficient in making travel arrangements , hotel reservations and related matters as it is our daily routine to make arrangements for our clients in Pakistan and all over the world.

• My duty is to assist my head, manage and organize meetings.
