Rotary Equipment Maintenance Experience:-
1. Major Overhauling of Steam Turbine (Make: GE, Rated Power: 6 MW, Rated Speed: 7445 RPM).
2. Inspection and maintenance activities of Gas Turbines (Make: GE, Rated Power: 26.2 MW, Units: 2)
3. Maintenance and overhauling of centrifugal fans and blowers.
4. Centrifugal & Positive Displacement Pump Complete Overhauling.
5. Maintenance and repair of Product grading screens, conveyors and crushers.
6. Technical drawings reading and application at work place.
Stationary Equipment Maintenance Experience:
1. Two months rubber lining project of Phosphoric Acid Storage Tank (internal shell) having capacity of 10000 MT.
2. Maintenance activities of Pipelines (material: SS 304, SS 310, SS 316 etc) and pipeline related accessories like valves, flanges, etc.
3. On sight welding activities on pipes, structures, valves e.t.c according to the AWS procedures.
4. Maintenance of shell and tube type heat exchangers.
5. Fabrication and erection of steel structures for different machines and equipment.
Workshop Experience:
1. Review notifications of Maintenance and Operations departments and execution of jobs accordingly.
2. Workshop management under Workshop Section Manager.
3. Preparation of Machines Daily Status. Major Machines were, Lathe Machine, Punching Machines, Milling Machines, Sheet Rolling Machines, Plasma Arc Cutting Machines, Welding Machines, Gasket Cutting Machines, Pipe Beveling Machine, Tube Pulling Machines etc.
