My tasks and responsibilities in ACF included:
• Complete files of all ACF Lease contracts and Service contracts.
• Ensure all the Signed PR (received in Logistics) update in PFU tracker
• Contract tracker follow up as per ACF tool.
• Follow up Invoices and payments from Finance and keep Logistics manager / Assist informed.
• Back up of Laptops and support ICT Manager
• Scanning of Logistics Documents and archive them in designated folder.
• Converting all the files in PDF format.
• Monthly PFU Tracker
• Equipment List verification
