The main purpose of this servey is to find out the facts about the areas that is affected by monsoon floods and rains.These losses might be Agriculture or of other sources of livelihood.By finding these facts the Govt or NGOs agencies will easily assist the affected people.I being a field supervisor lead the team and then make a report on daily bases to the high ups of the concern organization.I makes observations on the logistics also during this servey and makes a proper record.

Supervised the third party monitoring team for the Immunization vaccines servey and Coordination with the high ups of the Agha Khan Hospital Karachi.

Before deployment of team I go to the selected cluster in the rural community aware them from the purpose,aims and mechanism of the programme.Then make listing of the specified cluster.where through sampling technique we collect data from the selected families by female enumerates while male enumerators collects data from adults members of the selected family.So my duties are to mobilize masses,listing,selection of family for data selection in other words planning then deployment and directing of the whole team.
