Responsibilities

• Manage, train and motivate team members to create marketing initiatives across all digital channels and platforms that drive company and brand business objectives


• Planning and execution of digital and social media strategy, campaigns, brand /creative guidelines, and content assets


• Create, run and manage compelling, impactful campaigns that acquire new clients and better ROI


• Works with 3rd party partners (e.g. Google, Social platforms Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to identify growth and enhancement opportunities and create net new digital campaigns to drive new leads.


• Measure, monitor, optimize, and report on all digital marketing efforts or digital campaigns, derive insights that lead to actionable outcomes.


• Responsible for Marketing Analytics, supporting KPI development, dashboards, measurement, and sharing learning


• Planning and execution of paid marketing to get better ROI


• Website optimization to make it friendly for both users and search engines


• Content creation and marketing strategies to achieve targeted goals


• Advance level analytics and reporting


• Marketing automation and CRM Integration


• Responsible for Social Media Strategy development, the rollout of program elements and execution, content calendar development, content production, determining paid support, analytics and optimization and other related tasks
