• Reviewing the regular organisation\'s invoices for checking the correctness of             withholding taxes calculated by subordinate.
• Preparing and finalising the Income Tax Withholding on the weekly basis for the       payment of same in the Government Treasury.
• Preparing and finalising the Sales Tax Withholding on monthly basis for the               payment of same in the Government Treasury for all four provinces including           islamabad capital territory and AJK.
• Checking the organisation\'s Sales Tax Invoices in Annexure A of the relevant             portals for claiming input tax before due date of Monthly Sales Tax Return.
• Preparing and submitting the monthly Sales Tax Returns for all four provinces           including FBR and AJK.
• Supporing branches in assessing and calculating withholding taxes on regular           invoices which are paid through petty cash by branches.
• Preparing and finalising the quarterly Income Tax Withholding Statements.
• Assiting the Line Manager in preparing the responses for the Tax notices issued         by  KPRA, BRA, PRA, SRB & FBR.

Responsibilities as an Assistant Supervisor:
• Supervise allocation of task to team members.
• Supervise execution of task by team members
• Guide and assist team members in execution of allocated task
• Review of allocated task to team members
• Coordinate and communicate with the clients regarding improvement of services.
