RESPONSIBILITIES AT SITE CAMP

Working as a Construction Engineer at 500 KV Double Circuit Quad Bundle Extra High Voltage Overhead Transmission Line , Neelum Jhelam Azad Kashmir. Muzaffarbad Power House to Domeli Grid. LOT (2)
Supervision of pulling (Stringing ), with the help of design and drawings.
Solve the Right of Way Problems.
Daily work planning with supervisors.
Supervision of dead ending (Stringing)
Dead ending includes Hanging of Insulator Assembly , Sag calculation of Conductor , Conductor body pressing and hook up with insulator assembly.
Instalation of Vj assembly , Jumpers (with accurate sagging ), Spacers with accurate distance b/w them according to the conductor length.
Take Consultant [NESPAK + BERQAAB] in confidence about current working situation.
Ensure the site safety during working hours by taking report from Safety Engineer.
Ensure the best quality of T & P using at site.
Reporting & Discussion for work progress with Project Manager.
Attend Site office meetings.
Check work progress as per schedule.
Man Power planning.

Worked as a Construction Engineer at 132 KV OHTL , choona wala grid station to hasil poor grid station (26 KM), division Bahawal poor ,Punjab.
Supervise the civil , mechanical and electrical works with the help of design and drawings for Construction of 132KV OHTL.
Civil material inspection.
CFT calculation during concreting.
Errection material inspection
Tower tightening inspection on standard value of torque.
Sag calculation.
Jumper installation on accurate sag.
Installation of spacers , dampers and OPGW.
Ensure the best quality of T & P.
Ensure the Site Safety during working hours by taking safety report from safety engineer.
Take Consultant [Enmasse pvt ltd ] in confidence about current working situation and provide them work procedure in the site.
Reporting & Discussion for work progress with GM of RTCC Pvt ltd.
