DMS V8 Application Rollout Remote IT Support:
Obligations: 

Users call attendance & clarify any understanding issues.
L1 troubleshooting like user login/basic screen navigation e.g. Promo not applying/login  privileges/ SKU’s issues/ Route Assignment & visibility issues etc.
Escalate any issues which are not resolved by L1 to the Pakistan L2 team or to the Accenture team.
HHD/Mobility/Tab/Mobile device/Android phone installation and configuration. 
Maintain register of issues and configured devices & share with PCI.

 • Bata POS Project
Responsibilities

Clone and installation of xstore on POS.
FBR, printer, scanner and POS installation and store id configer, Varify stock with legacy system, share login id\'s with staff. 
Provide hands on training on Xstore and fullday hypercare to Bata Store staff at their site.
Hands on training on Bata Client Reporting Module. 
Responsible to get rollout activity completion signoff from store manager.
Provide remort support.

Meeting with project managers to determine CRM needs.
Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
Creating timelines and development goals.
Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce Staff.
Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.

I have trained the staff of Unilever which include Area Manager, Territory Manager, Distribution Manager KPO and DSR in all over Pakistan.

News page/Accenture Distributor Management System (DMS) Deployment.
Handheld Devices / Sales Force Automation configured and Deployment.
Provide training on Distributor Management System/ Sales Force Automation (DMS/SFA) to distributor staff at their site.
Responsible for the DMS/SFA rollout at distributor site.
Responsible to get rollout activity completion signoff from distributor & customer relevant staff.

Prepare and present Sales & Distribution performance reports, comparison reports, inventory reports and Ad-hoc reporting.
