1.Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department A/C payable, Receivable, Daily Petty Cash transactions, Bank related issues

2.Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports/statements

3.Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Coordinate and complete audits.

4.Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy in all of their tasks.

5.Coordination and negotiation with banks for any queries such as L/C amendments, issuing Bank Guarantees and Running finance facility.

6.Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

7.Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.

8.Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.

9.Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.

10.Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology. Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities. Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.

11.Inculcate camaraderie in managers of all departments.
