Responsibilities
Monitoring of inventory and plan the scheduled according to production plan.
Maintain the record of CKD shipments.
Coordinate with management for scheduled of the shipments.
To ensure smooth running of production through (JIT) Just In time supplies of
        (CKD) to weld, assembly line and trim line.
Preparation of shortage/excess & claim reports on daily basis
Prepared and responsible for Weekly obeya meeting
Coordinate with Chinese Eng. For damage/Defective parts ordering.
Make the reports for claim, observation & feedback and forward to higher management and Chinese Eng.
Maintain a complete Documentations records
Managing all kinds of parts for inventory on excel sheet & database.
Any other tasks assigned by higher management

Finalize and update BOM (Bill of Material) list for local of components/parts with taking in  loop production, after sales and marketing department.


Responsible for communicating to the production for any engineering change made by principal in any component or part.


Ensure inventory control needs are consistently met by improving and developing inventory management process and procedures.


Responsible for the issuance of purchase orders to the local vendors for the procurement of local parts.
Monitoring local parts supply with the help of shortage reports submitted by warehouse as to continuously
Proactively assessed potential inventory fluctuations with both purchasing and production and planned according.


Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual physical inventory as well as reconciling inventory discrepancies.
Responsible for minimizing overstocks and removal of obsolete or redundant raw materials for the minimization availability of working capital.
To maintain healthy relationship with vendors for price negotiation.
Any other tasks assigned by higher management.
