Manages the Hardware, Network, and Applications including the ERP
Works with all stakeholders to develop, align and communicate an implementation and rollout plan, including all project deliverables, time tables and other project artifacts
Monitors and communicates project progress appropriately to all involved stakeholders (internal, external both).
Develops and ensures the execution of test plans and test scripts.

Sees the implementation plan execution through to successful completion, with hands-on involvement as needed.
o Status Reporting: As per the project guidelines, provide status reportingto both the ERP Implementation Partner and the internal stakeholder of the RAS.
o Work Assignment: Responsible for assigning the work (which isactually the service request) to the team members and will continuously monitortheir timely closure.
o Quality Control / Approvals: Also responsible for the overall quality ofdeliverables and will provide approvals if necessary.
