Coordinate with management to organize and implement customer service strategic plans. Facilitate customers with costing, travelling plans, answered queries and conveyed necessary information if required. Make all necessary booking arrangements and keep detailed financial records in order to pay suppliers. Conduct weekly and monthly financial reconciliations to ensure office staff has made correct payments. Responsible for maintaining client files including statistical and financial records.
Provide information about the fares, available slots for traveling, packages and help customers about their queries.
During the time period of my internship I came to know about different departments and the nature of there work at Lahore airport. I was deployed to six different departments of CAA per week.
